Floods are caused by a significant and unexpected event or a result of a natural hazard (earthquake, volcano…)
A flood is an overflow of water that submerges the land.
It’s an important problem because it usually destroys lots of buildings, cars, harvests… lots of people lose all their proprieties.
What can teenagers do for helping? Can they save the world?
They could, if they help to make sea walls, beach nourishment’s… but if rich people don’t help then they can’t do anything, because they don’t have enough money and they’re not used to organizing themselves.
